GET READY FOR YOU DENALI ZIPLINE TOUR

Here are a few suggestions to help prepare for your Alaska Zipline Tour with our Denali Park Team. If you have additional questions, you’re welcome to visit our FAQs page or contact us directly.

1.

RESERVE YOUR SPOT

All tours require reservations. Be sure to plan ahead as space is limited to 10 participants per departure. Payment is required at the time of reservation and there is a 72-hour cancellation policy. You can make reservations online or by phone during office hours. Gift certificates are available here.

2.

WEAR WEATHER APPROPRIATE CLOTHING

During the summer, the temperature can be anywhere from 30-90 degrees and you may experience that all in one day! There are several microclimates in the Denali region, making it difficult to predict the weather on any given day. You will be outside for about three hours so dress in a way that will keep you warm, dry, and comfy!

3.

WEAR CLOSED-TOE SHOES

Closed-toe shoes are required on the zip course. We recommend sneakers or hiking shoes – something that is sturdy, warm and comfortable.

4.

COMPLETE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT ONLINE

In order to participate, each person must complete the Participation Agreement. You will receive a link to complete it online once you have booked your zipline tour. If you don’t see it, please contact us ahead of time or stop by our tour office.

5.

RENT OR BRING A GOPRO CAMERA

We will provide all the gear, harnesses, and equipment that you’ll need for the tour. But if you want to preserve this experience, you may want to rent a GoPro. If you decide to bring a phone, camera, or anything else, make sure you can attach it to yourself by a strap or secured in a zipper pocket. Secure phone lanyards are available for purchase prior to your tour. We’ll be zipping at heights of around 50 feet so anything that drops will most likely break or will not be found.

6.

CHECK-IN AT OUR OFFICE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TOUR

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of your scheduled tour. We offer complimentary transportation from most Denali area lodges. All participants will meet at the office for tour weigh-in and transportation to the zip course. All tours run on schedule and if you are even five minutes late, you could miss your scheduled tour. Please be ready and give yourself extra time.

7.

GET EXCITED

Whether it’s your first time ziplining or you’re a seasoned zipper – we’re excited to be a part of your Denali experience. If there’s anything we can do to make you better prepared for your best Alaska zipline adventure yet, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Thank you for choosing Denali Park Zipline! We’ll see you out there!
